Marcus and Daniel Reid grew up around job sites. When they founded Summit Ridge Builders, they made a simple pact: design and build under one roof, price honestly, and never hand a client off to a stranger.
Fifteen years and 80+ homes later, that pact still holds. We're a family-owned company of designers, builders and craftspeople who live where we build — across Vernon, Coldstream, Lake Country, Kelowna, Armstrong and Salmon Arm.

Marcus Reid
Owner / Lead Builder
A third-generation builder who founded Summit Ridge with his brother in 2011. Marcus still picks up a tape measure most days — the shop is where he's happiest.
Daniel Reid
Project Manager
The other half of the founding pair. Daniel keeps schedules, trades and budgets moving in lockstep so nothing slips between the cracks.

Design Director
Avery leads our in-house design studio, translating how clients live into plans that feel inevitable. Fifteen years in residential architecture across BC.
Tom Bradley
Site Superintendent
Tom runs the site daily — keeping it clean, safe and on schedule. If something's happening on your build, Tom already knows about it.

We hire local trades, source from Okanagan suppliers, and give back to the communities that have trusted us with their homes. Each year we sponsor a Habitat for Humanity build and a youth trades scholarship at the local college.
