4–8 weeks
We design to your life and your budget at the same time. Drawings and pricing develop together, so the design always reflects what you can actually build.
Permits & Pre-Construction
6–12 weeks
We handle permitting, finalize engineering, and line up trades and materials. By the time we break ground, every detail is scheduled and accounted for.
Build with Weekly Updates
9–18 months
Construction begins and you're never in the dark. A single point of contact keeps you informed with weekly updates, photos, and transparent budget tracking.
Final Walkthrough & Lifetime Support
