Kalamalka Lakehouse
A lakefront retreat with floor-to-ceiling glass framing Kalamalka Lake.
The story
Perched above the marl-blue waters of Kalamalka Lake, this family residence was designed around a single idea: bring the lake in. A continuous spine of fir-framed glass runs the length of the great room, while deep overhangs shade the west-facing deck through long Okanagan summers.
“They understood the lake before we ever drew a line. The house feels like it grew here.”
